Overview

This is a very ambitious project which seeks to link cities in South and Central America with the Caribbean using the Montego Bay , Jamaica hub.The operation will intially begin as a scheduled charter operation.

To facilitate this process S H & E an international airline consultancy will be approached to manage the project.

Concept

The Airline will utilize a fleet of a Boeing 767-200ER,2 Boeing 737-700's and 4 Boeing 717-200's to build routes between the hub in Montego Bay , Jamaica to Santiago De Cuba, Havana, Mexico City, Los Angeles,New York, Port Au Prince,Santo Domingo, Caracas, Rio De Janeiro, Curacao,Central American capitals(San Jose To Guatemala City),Panama City, Bogota, San Juan,Pointe-A-Pitre, Fort De France.

Funding: $US900,000,000

Arawak Express(AE)

Overview

This local commuter airline  seeks to link cities in Jamaica using Kingston-Norman Manley Airport as a commuter hub , Jamaica . The operation will intially begin as a scheduled  operation.

To facilitate this process SH& E an international airline consultancy will be approached to manage the project.

Concept

The commuter airline will link Kingston-Norman Manley airport to:

Montego bay, Boscobel and Port Antonio. this will be done using 3-Dash 8 Q-100 Aircraft.

Belmundo Hotel Corporation(BHC)

Overview

This hotel project will cater to needs of clients primarily from the Latin American markets.

The Sol Melia Group, the 10th largest hotel chain in the world and the largest in the Latin American and the Caribbean region with over 150 properties, will be contracted to manage the project.

Concept

The BHC will a full line chain which will include properties fom 3*** Plus to 5****Plus.

Windsor Shipping Coporation(WSC)

Overview

This project seeks to provide"Round-Jamaica" cruise shipping departing from Monetgo Bay,Ocho Rios,Port Antonio, Kingston, cruising the island, returning to port of origin.

Logistical support will be garnered from consultants from an International Maritime Consultant Organization.

Concept

Small cruise ships will target the Fly/Cruise concept, for internal cruises of Jamaica, stopping at the various destiantions in the island. the ships will also facilitate cargo between ports across the island, which is not readily available at present.
